Catholic Daughters is one of the largest national organizations of Catholic women in the world dedicated to strengthen their spiritual life through Christ and his Church. Catholic Daughters was founded in 1903 by the Knights of Columbus in Utica, New York. Currently, Catholic Daughters is organized in 42 states, Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, Mexico, the Virgin Islands and Guam. Catholic Daughters is comprised of Catholic Lay and Religious women, 18 years or older, who love and support the Church and wish to participate in social and charitable activities.
The Catholic Daughters of Saints Mary and Mathias, Joan of Arc #524, meet the
second Monday of each month at 6:00PM in Gannon Hall. The Catholic Daughters accomplish many great things in our parish including: multiple yearly college scholarships for young women of our parish, support of our seminarians and participation and financial support of local charities.
