Submission Information

For the Bulletin
All items for publication in the parish bulletin must be submitted by 5:00pm on the Thursday eight days prior to the weekend of publication.* Articles should be no more than 100 words, and may be submitted to Kiley Hagerty at [email protected]
Submission does not guarantee that your announcement will be in the bulletin.
Be sure to include:
- Organization Name
- Date
- Time
- Location
- Brief explanation as you would like it to appear (We reserve the right to edit all submissions)
- Contact person and contact information
- Dates you would like the information to appear
  - Most items will only appear twice
  - If no date is specified it will be added when space is available
If you are submitting a flyer or picture, please have it readable as one of the following sizes:
- Quarter page - 5.5" x 2.5"
- Third page - 5.5" x 3"
- Half page - 5.5" x 5"
* Please note that Holiday and Holy Days may affect the submission deadline.
For Social Media

To submit information to be published on any of our social media sites (webpage, Facebook, or Instagram), please send the information to [email protected]. This could include advertisement for ministry events, pictures, etc.... Please inlcude your contact information for follow-up as necessary, as well as the platform on which you want it to be published. All items must be approved and submission does not guarantee that your item will be posted.
Please allow up to 3 business days for the information to be published.
